NYC has one of the world’s most complicated and frustrating subway systems that is on constant delays. How could Calm help these frustrated commuters during delays?
Execution
Calm and MTA partnered to help these frustrated commuters.
Whenever there is a train delay, the electric billboards on the platform will show a QR code that provides free trial for the Calm app.
Calm and MTA carefully chose three features to minimize everyone's stress levels depending on their needs.
All the features are accessible for a week, and it can be used directly while waiting for the delayed train.
